When using any office application or outlook on my laptop I kept getting a message from microsoft telling me that the version I was using was pirated/unofficial, I made contact with the store that I got the laptop from and was asvised that the copy of vista installed on the laptop was only for trial, so I purchased Office Home and student 2007 and had to uninstall the trial version first.
