Suggestions for buying Motherboard and Processor

Hey I'm back for a while...

I plan to build a computer.. Need suggestions for:
  • A motherboard: Below 80$ has LGA775 and DDR2
  • A processor: A Core 2 Quad with LGA775 naturally..

Any more comments or remarks are welcome..
