Trojan removal

I have the following trojan horses on my computer, any help with the best way to remove them would be greatly appreciated!  ;D

      Make sure your anti-virus is fully updated and remove them after doing a scan. Most anti-virus programs including Norton remove trojans.

        Gone off to pound the F8 key  ???

        Re-start in safe mode with networking.
        Disable system restore if applicable.
        Download and run stinger.
