I work from home weekly and it has always worked up until I did a disc clean and defragment on my laptop now I am no longer able to access my remote desktop via the website. IE8 says it has tried twice to connect to the website and won't try again to avoid endless loop. How do I get this working again? I downloaded Firefox and typed in the website and tried remote desktop and it just shut down. IE8 also just shuts down once I enter my password.
Any help would be much appreciated.
