Acer Aspire 1500 Won't go passed startup!

My Acer Aspire 1500 laptop can start to the Acer screen but then beeps twice, continues to a screen where my options are F1 or F2 for setup. I don't know anything about F2. So I pick F1 and it takes me to a screen where my options are to launch the repair tools or something, or start windows normally. Both times it will freeze when it says Microsoft Corporation and it has that little loading bar. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't.

I don't know what to do, I've done everything!

Go to the website of your bios provider and check the beep codes for two beeps.

I did that already and it just means an error has occured.
The site doesn't give me any detail on how to fix it.

And no specific error is mentioned? If that's the case, you should download and run hardware diagnostic utilities. I'd start with memtest and go from there.
