How do I get rid of attachments?

Hi -
I have Vista Home Basic  32 bit.  I use Yahoo mail.  When I click on "mail" there is a panel on the right side that has at the bottom "my attachments.  When I click on My Attachments a list of attachments comes up.  I don't know how they got there but I want to get rid of them.  I've tried everything I can think of but they are still there.  Can someone tell me how to delete them?   Thanks   Bob

Well their not on your machine if your using Yahoo...their on their server.
However you need to open/view them 1 at a time and select delete in the Yahoo window...
