« on: March 11, 2010, 06:01:19 PM »
I have a problem with a computer I'm upgrading, the motherboard has only one IDE connection, there are devices connected to it, one is DVD writer, and the other one is HDD I'm trying to install it, the DVD writer came with the PC, but not the HDD I want to put, the DVD is setup to cable select and the HDD to master both are on the same IDE cable, the problem is every time I turn the PC on it reads ATAPI Incompatible press F1 then it continues to load windows.
I don't know what to do, I need help to connect the IDE HDD
