How do I access a H.D. drive that prompts it's inaccessible?
« on: March 24, 2010, 12:10:11 AM »
The storage drive I have on this particular computer, a pavilion a6742p, drive letter (J), became inaccessible after restore
action I took to re-install a deleted application.
I have Windows Home Server OS installed on another PC that backs up my three computers daily.
I made a mistake following the instructions to restore from backup this time, to cause this kind of result:
(J:\ is not accessible
The volume does not contain a recognized file system.
Please make sure that all required file system drivers are loaded and that the volume is not corrupted.)

If anyone has a method that I can follow to restore this drive to full fuction, I would be very grateful for thier help.
