I have had windows vista for about 6 months with no problems. Tonight I start getting an Internet explorer security pop up with every internet page I go to. It says "A website wants to open web content using this program on your computer" There seems to be only two programs, windows live toolbar and adobe flash player that it wants to use. How do I turn off this annoying pop up?
