Help Me Speed Up My PC Even More

Since You guys Are mostly Professionals So ill ask you guys.
What are the basic and advanced settings that will speed up my PC.

Windows 7 Ultimate (32bit)
Intel Pentium Dual Core E5300 2.6GHz Overclocked To 3.14GHz
250G Seagate Hard Drive, 200G Hard Drive
2x1G PNY DDR2 PC2-5300 667MHz, 533MHz, 400MHz RAM
2 Pioneer DVD Burner's But not connected due to incompatibility with Motherboard
Chiefmax 650W Power Supply
Asus P5KPL-CM Motherboard With Latest Bios Update
BFG Geforce 210 Cuda Latest driver

Add another gig of ram and if you find your system slow disable the eye candy. Are you having some specific problem(s)?

just Game wise i've been playing mass effect 2 for a couply of months now and it used to run just fine but now its slowing down
