Frankly, this problem occurs randomly. And when it appear. I've been removing the program and re-installed. And i do not know when it will appear again. But when you get. I'll try your suggestion.
Is there a remedy now

Do not be surprised.  O:)
The problem is really random and non-recurrent on a regular basis.
But we must be advised that Google Chrome is not supported in my country. Because of the ban Google. Downloading for us. And therefore can not be updated. Is there a link between the problem and what I said

What surprises me is you asking if there is a remedy now for a problem that isn't present now.

True ..
It is now non-existent. But it happens several times. Without any change to the operating system

As I said because it is random

You're missing the point of the question.  In your initial post, you explain the problem as happening when you try to start Chrome via "shortcut browser On the desktop".  Then, Allan asked, "What happens if you start the browser from START - PROGRAMS?"  He's asking about starting Chrome a different way than from a shortcut on the desktop.  It's a simple question which is relevant to troubleshooting the problem.  Why can't you answer it?  ::)

Soybean - the op is saying that the problem is intermittent. Right now, if he clicks on the desktop icon it will work fine, so there's nothing to be learned by clicking on the icon in Programs. He'll try it next time the problem appears.

Well, I don't see where he ever specifically confirmed how it works if started from the Programs menu.  Back in reply #1, you asked the question.  In reply #2, he says, "I'll try your suggestion.", but he never, as far as I see, actually confirmed the behavior when starting from Programs menu.  In other words, it seems to me he keeps referring the intermittent behavior as something that happens only when using the desktop shortcut. Have I missed the flow of thought here somewhere?

If it's working from the desktop icon then there's nothing to be gained by trying the Programs icon. The only reason I wanted him to try it is to see if the desktop icon has become corrupt. Next time the desktop icon doesn't work properly he can try the Programs icon. If that doesn't work then the problem is not with the icon. If it does, it is. But frankly, since the problem is intermittent I sincerely doubt the desktop icon is broken - it's something else.

Hope I'm making myself clear.

Forget about trying the suggestion if there's no error at all. Running programs menu would not be any different.
