Need a bit of help please

I have windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit installed already. I want to install xp 32-bit and run a duel-boot, what are the steps I need to do in order to do that. Thanks :)

    Question though...what do you need XP for ? ?
    There is an XP compatibility mode available...
