Windows VS Macintosh

I am doing a quantitative research project for my college English class. I'm required to do research on different people's opinions and personal experiences using Windows versus Macintosh operating systems. I am not trying to start an argument or debate, I am only trying to make a poll of how many people prefer Windows 7/Macintosh Snow leopard. The only information i need besides your opinion is your age. Thanks!

Why?  Just because I have to work on the fool things doesn't mean I can't use a Mac

Actually, when I get a few extra bucks I'm going to replace my desktop with a Mac Mini.

I'll take Windows 7. Mac works perfectly too but there are number of drivers and software that are not Mac compatible than the Windows 7.

I'll take FreeBSD on two architectures. Debian on one.

Such as:
FreeBSD PowerPC, x86
Linux(Debian) x86
OpenBSD x86.


I'll also take the above named plus NetBSD and DragonFlyBSD on amd64. Let the two just mentioned also be on amd64.
I'll take OpenBSD and Linux(Debian) on PowerPC.
I'll take Linux embedded on x86 embedded processors.

This is a real tough one but I'd go with Mac OS X Snow Leopard. I've barely used the Mac OS X but it looks good (besides a few minor inconveniences). Besides, it's Unix-based so it can't be too bad.
But really I'd choose Ubuntu Linux over both any day.
