I think you need to make it clear that a hard drive related problem belongs in hardware, not drivers.
Maybe put this in the topic description?
or in the posting rules (please read first) up the top somewhere.
Its just that there is a lot of hard drive issues coming up in the wrong place and may not be viewed by all the hardware wizz's who potentially be able to help.
