    BSoD interpretation
    « on: May 19, 2010, 08:10:13 AM »
    Hello guys!
My friend has a big problem with his laptop, he encountered a BSoD issue, the bluescreen flashed these details: IRQL_NO_LESS_OR_EQUAL, together with this is a tech info: ***STOP 0X0000000A (0XFF1711F1,0X00000002,0X0000000,0X804D9B64. Actually, I already visited the BSoD section of the computer hope, but then I only understand few explanations. What we need now is the interpretation of the details above. We hope you can help us guys. Thank you so much! More power to the gurus and experts of this valuable site! :)

There is no "interpretation". The only thing one could gather from that is that there is probably something wrong with a driver of some sort, but it could just as easily be a issue with hardware. No way to tell, at least not without some more information.

I was trying to dereference Null Pointers before it was cool.

        If the computer is bootable...

        Download BlueScreenView
        No installation required.
Double click on BlueScreenView.exe file to run the program.
When scanning is done, go Edit>Select All.
Go File>Save Selected Items, and save the report as BSOD.txt.
Open BSOD.txt in Notepad, copy all content, and paste it into your next reply.
