Replying to emails with MSN mail

I cant reply to a message in MSN mail.I cant type into the body of the email

click the reply button.

or copy and paste into a new email message.

Sometime a refresh will help.  Press the F5 button.

I tried the reply and got the same thing.It just won't allow me to enter a new message or reply.I can't even get the cursor onto the body of the message.I'll try refresh.Thanks for the replys.I'm totally frustated and have to use my desktop to answer mail.I recently loaded Win. 7.
