What difference would that make?  Wired or wireless, they are still network connections.

thank u  guys i now  know that's will'nt  increase the speed , but could any one of u told me how to do it coz i just wana increase my network knowledge

I'll tell you that in my opinion this would be impossible because 2 network cards would create 2 IPs on the network and you would need custom firmware on your router to be able to send through one IP and recieve to the other.
