help ...ezula virus !!!

i am using a second pc , my lap top is running vista basic, i have avg and spybot.i downloaded a small video clip a friend sent and picked up the virus. avg caught it right away the file did not down load all the way.i ran avg and spybot. avg gives options to contain or heal it.nothing works.  what can i do ?please help !

• Save the file to your Desktop.
• Double-click on mss.exe
• Allow it to run, and follow the prompts.
• Once done, it will launch a log.
• Post it in your next reply.
