Hi every one. First post here, and I have searched for this topic with no luck. So, I hope I'm not repeating something.
Plus, I am not totally sure if I have this adding attachments correct, so, you may have to bare/bear with me on this one.

So, on with my question.
My wife had a problem with her internet connection so I pulled up the Wireless network connection screen by way of the icon on the task bar.
Clicking on this brought up some thing that I have not seen before, and I have no idea where, or how she got it.
Has any one seen any thing like this?
I have (or have tried) to upload two different pics. One of her screen shot (the cool looking one) and a screen shot of mine.
Any information on where this would have come from would be greatly appreciated.
