i have a multi-core cpu. i downloaded Folding@home-Win32-x86-systray-623. isn't this for a single core processor? i didn't see any file names for multi-core, or am i just missing them?

The SMP client, which is on a separate page, is for multi-core processors.  However, you'd have to leave your laptop on almost 24/7 to make the deadlines for that, so I'd recommend using two single core clients to utilise both cores.
