    I have a Lenova Laptop,

    Whenever I try to install my operating System with XPsp3,I receive the stop error,

    "0x0000007E (0x0000005,0xF748E0bf, 0xf78dal08, 0xF78d9f08)

    *Pci.sys - Address F748E0bf base at f7487000, Datestamp 3b7d855c.

    According to similar posts on other forums you need to create an SP2 slipstream CD and try installing with that.

      Patio,I didnt get you.The cd i am trying to install from is a slipstreamed sp3 Win Xp.
      Or am i suppose to install Slipstreamed sp2 win Xp.

          Thanks comrade Patio,i tried it and i was able to install it.

          just wanted to share this.Even after one successfully install Winxp2,make sure to  select your HDD as IDE mode,i tried it with AHCI mode it was giving BSOD.

          But it works fine with IDE mode.
