Help, (hl-dt-st rw/dvd gcc-44818 properties) Windows cannot start this device because its configuation information {in the registry} is incomplete or damaged.(code 13).  I allready uninstalled ,reinstalled, no change.  Does any body know how i can fix this? Thanks.

Replace the drive...
If a clean install did not cure the issue it's most certainly a goner.
