Word 2010 F1 short cut key does not work with IE8

Hi,

I am using Windows XP SP3 with IE 8.

When i try to access the help window through File->Help ->Getting started with 2010 -> Interactive menu to ribbon guides->Open the Word guide , it opens the help window.

But When I try with pressing F1 key -> Getting Started with 2010->Interactive menu to ribbon guides -> Open the Word guide , window flashes and closes.

Is this problem with IE8 or some other.

Any inputs regarding this issue are welcome.

You are looking for the help file for Word 2010, not IE8 right?

Hi,

Not only With Microsoft Word 2010,I am experiencing the problem,but with all the Office 2010 Applcations.

The problem occurs only when I use IE8.

It works fine incase of IE7.
