      Same driver at fault.

Go back to HP site, download and install chipset driver (Spring 2008 Original Intel Chipset Driver).
If that doesn't help, your video chip may be failing.
You may need to buy real video card.

Now, you have just on-board video chip, not a real video card.
        Those chips fail sometime.

As for new video card, almost any card will do. It depends, what you use your computer for.
You only need to know, what type of slots you have available, PCI, AGP, or PCIEx

          Oh alright!
          Thanks for all your help!

          Oh  last questions!
Do I get rid of the video chip when I get a new video card?
How can I tell whether its a video card not a chip?

          Thanks again!

          You're welcome :)

You do have on-board video chip: Spring 2008 Original NVIDIA Unified Graphics Driver

When you install new video card, it'll automatically disable on-board video. Nothing to remove.

Sorry to bother you again but

I've opened my computers inside after I googled what these slots looked like and I couldnt find them.  I searched my computer model up and it said i should have a pci-e x16 avaliable

Can you help me out if I post a picture or two of my computers inside?  ???

Why are we talking about two computers now?

You need to buy PCI-Ex type card then.

It looks to me like video chip problem.
Installing new card is really not a big deal.
