What Operating System are you using??

If Windows XP, goto, Control Panel / Add or Remove Programs / Click Add or Remove Windows Components / Make sure Internet Explorer is 'ticked'

You're welcome. And regarding your PM question, we do not help with illegal downloads.

Because I said we won't help with illegal downloads? Yeah, okay - I look down my nose at people.

no because you assumed that is what i meant without asking you just thought that is what i meant .
that's why you look your nose down at people

your sudden "outburst" here sort of says otherwise.

This makes no sense at all. Besides, if anybody looks down their nose at anybody it would be because they were taller then those they were looking at and they were wearing a neck brace and therefore were unable to look down with their head. And in such circumstances one can hardly say that's an arrogant action, as long as eye contact is made it doesn't matter what the proximity of their line of site is to their nose.

no because you assumed that is what i meant without asking you just thought that is what i meant .
Again, he never assumed. second, it's not his responsibility to make sure you communicate properly.

now he's looking his nose down? Is his nose detachable and does it have an optical function on the tip, because it would be hard for him to look his nose down at anything, much less people.
