folder names in blue writing

Hi
Can someone pls tell me why some of my folder names and some song titles are in blue writing and not black like the rest. Does it mean there is something wrong with the folders or songs??

When the folder is compressed then the writting is blue

The previous post already explained that. And it's not "writing", which is done with a pen.
