A couple of days ago everything that I downloaded stopped working, so I had to reinstall everything. Everything seemed to work except my itunes download.
During the itunes installation process something came up and said;
“There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A program for this install to complete could not be run. Contact your support personnel or package vendor.”
What do I have to do to fix this problem? I tried looking on apple support and I'm not sure what to look for in what can help me.
Is there something wrong with my computer?
Also my games that came with my computer aren't working either, what can I do to fix that?
If someone can please help me, I greatly appreciate it.
