proxy for youtube

my server  has been blocked youtube.com and also some other sites
but i want to use youtube site to download video......
 i have used some proxies but our server gives the msg like "it is url translation site"
so i couldnt use proxy........so plz give me proxies which will help me in downloading the video....
  and more thing why our cllg server giving such "url translation " msg while using proxy.....

http://keepvid.com/ or http://keep-tube.com/. If you know the link to your youtube video, you might be able to download the file thru those websites even if youtube is blocked.

If it still is blocked, you'll need to find something out yourself

both  http://keepvid.com/ or http://keep-tube.com/. demand java support.. evethough i already installed latest ver of java.......
after run  "run tab" if it shows error why dis is happening.....
