Ubunta Crash. Need Help

I installed Ubunta on my computer and it crashes after about 15 minutes of being on. i tried restarting and reinstalling but it doesnt help. the screen turns black and flashes with white, vertical lines. can somebody help? email me at [email protected]

can you boot direct to ubuntu straight off the CD? (live, not installed)


I didn't know ubuntu had a girlfriend.  :)
