application cannot be executed

hi im new here and i have no where else to turn. im having the same problem as http://www.computerhope.com/forum/index.php?topic=95177.0                                                                                 i try to run some programs to help fix this but it doesnt let me please help.

go to below and complete , post 3 logs a malware expert will help you

do not use tools from another post as they may not suit you topic

rename mbam.exe to mbam2.exe

rename hjt to snipper.exe
