    iTunes error message
    « on: November 11, 2010, 08:24:12 AM »
Hello. I posted this message in another forum and I was adviced to post it here as well. I have Windows Vista by the way.

A few days ago I clicked to open my iTunes, and it was taking a long time to open. It gave me a message that it was looking for my library or something like that. I was frustrated so I hit cancel and thats was it. When I re-clicked iTunes, my music as well as my podcasts were all gone. This made me even more frustrated. I then decided to upgrade from iTunes 9.12 to iTunes 10 to no avail. I googled this problem online and most of them said to uninstall/reinstall and I did precisely that but everytime I do, I get an error message (I attached a picture of what the error message looks like).

Any ideas or solutions to this problem will be greatly appreciated! Also let me know if you need other information.
