setting up wireless internet access

Bought new HP notebook and wanted to set up HP QuickWeb.  It asks for my network - WPA&/wPA2 Personal.   Next page it asks for a Key where do I find this?   I've tried just entering advances settings i.e. IP address etc. but I can't get any further without this key and I'm stuck on this page.  Any help would be appreciated.
