windows 7 back ground change thing

im just wondering if there is a promgram i could use on windows xp to creat the ability to auto change backgrounds like in windows 7, so would any one know of such a thing . i know you can get a program to to the change window thing (alt +tab) and thats winflip

I don't think you can get the "Fade" from one image to another. I don't think that's possible.
