snspiro.dll missing

snspiro.dll module cannot be found on my laptop, this message pops up as soon as i open windows, ive tried to google and find the file but it doesnt seem to be anywhere. HELP

It isn't a Windows file. I'm guessing that some program starting with the OS is looking for that file. Download and run Mike Lin's Startup Control Panel (http://www.mlin.net/StartupCPL.shtml). Uncheck any entry that looks like it's causing that message and reboot.
