Homegroup Nightmare. NEED HELP!!!

I'm trying to set up my home group but I cant because it says that a computer has already set one up and is asking me for a password for a computer that is not in my house. I pinged the IPA  to the computer and it sent 4 and received 4. How do i remove this computer from from my network?

    Firstly: Are you using a wireless network?  Is it secured?  What kind of router are you using?

    Secondly:  What is it you're trying to do, specifically?  Why are you trying to setup a home group?
