Does IE work?

If it did not work also on IE as Broni ask, try running IE with add-ons disabled. Right-click IE icon on desktop and choose "Start without add-ons". What happens? Check also for any proxy settings enabled and used Automatic settings only. Yuo could also try safemode with networking to troubleshoot the problem.

I tried running IE without the add-ons and that didn't work. I already tried the safemode option.

I'm stuck!

Try disabling(untick) Java quick starter on your Java control panel, Advanced tab,expand miscellaneous tab. Reboot computer.

I fixed it!!! It was the "enable next gen plug in" stopping it from working!!
