Desktop Notepad appear

Everytime I open my computer the Desktop Notepad program appear and this is a message: "[.ShellClassInfo]
LocalizedResourceName=@%SystemRoot%\system32\shell32.dll,-21787.

What is this and how to delete this. I am thinking maybe this is a virus.

Download Mike Lin's Startup Control Panel and look for an entry related to your question, then uncheck it (http://www.mlin.net/StartupCPL.shtml)

Sounds like a desktop.ini file is in the startup folder.

how to get delete this one, is this a virus or just ignore this.. been two weeks from now, this desktop notepad appear. But if this is not a virus, i will just ignore this one.
