ok a fake AV keeps poping up called "security shield". i used malwarebytes AV and it removed a part of it. the only part it removed however was the part blocking my exe files from running. thats solved so now i can go into cmd.exe. i looked in the properties of the program and i cant find it in my C:. but im still getting ANNOYING pop ups all over there place. i must have just deleted part of the program. so my question: were is the rest of the virus... why cant my AV kill it or at least find it? and if there is a way i can detect the source of these popups so i can delete it using cmd which im rather good at please tell me.
