    Hello i have acer aspire 3100 and i just recently re installed windows Xp home . I Need to download many new drivers becuse forgot to back-up files!! Everything is ok but i stucked with video driver? :S
    I wanna install Nvidia buy it says " could not locate any drivers that are compatible with your current hardware"
    And i dont Know what i need to do!
    Any help?

    Laptop drivers should always be obtained from the website of the laptop manufacturer only. Go there and download the chipset driver and install it. After that install all other relevant drivers.

      I tryied and found the acer aspire 3100 page and downloaded Chipset+ Vga driver but when i tryied to open it with winrar it says it damaged and cant open it.
