hi i need help because when i want to enter to my mozilla firefox i cannot because it doesn t recognize my interet connection but it is working !!!!! what i am doing bad i think is spyware someone installed in my pc a program to steal someting relationed to msn i think i have a cool web search hijack or sumthing please help thank you you are the best friends

yes but i use mozilla no internet explorer i have avg 7.0 but it doesn t seem to detect something and  have ad aware but it detect this thing but it doesn t repair this problem i don t know hot to repair this but please i doesn t want to reformat well bye please help me

thanks for this quickly response   but this problem doesnt let me to download the spybot and i cannot autenticate this pc to dwnlad microsoft antispyware this is a cybercoffe pc well bye goodbye thank you anyway

If none of your scanners detect this, it is time to SWITCH.

Can you start in safe mode with networking than download and run cwshredder from Raptor's list above?
