Red Line help PLOX!!!

I have an HP touchsmart 300 with an ati radeon hd 3200 graphics chipset. Any video source has a red line down the middle which I can't seem to remove and I've seen some things about a "demo", setting I can adjust in ATI but alas I've  no such luck in locating this option in basic or advanced settings. If anyone has any idea how to correct this issue It would be greatly appreciated  ???
