i have a compaq s4 100 scanner and i installed it and restarted windows and i made sure the printer was on and it wants me to run a test scan and i try but it says it cant find the scanner and i know its on and plugged in my friend says something bout a driver but i dont know what hes talking about do u know how to solve this porblem?
