Can print test page but nothing else.
    « on: April 05, 2011, 05:21:53 AM »
I have a Dell 1545 Inspiron laptop with a Dell 968 AIO wireless printer. Let me state up front even though I enjoy learning from forums like this one I am not very skilled. Back in February I had some type of virus, malware or ???. Anyway I overwrote my software to take it back to factory settings and ever since then I have not been able to print and I have been working on this issue ever since when time permits. As of now I can print a test page. The test page states ( WINDOWS PRINTER TEST PAGE...Congratulations  If you can read this information, you have correctly installed your Dell 968 AIO printer on Jim-PC. But yet, I can't print any web pages or email attachments like I used to do. Any and all ideas and help will be appreciated.

    Thanks
    Jim

I am sorry. It's Vista Home Premium.
