Last week, my laptop was having trouble shutting down. It wouldn't shut down all night, so I pushed the power button and it shut off just fine. The next day, when I tried to start it up, it let me log in and went past the loading screen, then turned black. Whenever I try to push a button to start safe mode, the buttons beep. What should I do?
