When I load a cd in to the computer my internet co

I have a info cd  that when i try to play it on my pc my internet browser opens up with E://:start.htm in the address box. But when I try to run this disc on another system it opens up the way it should and i can view the info. What could i do to run this on my pc everything else works just fine.

What browser are you using?

What type of content is on the CD?

Have you tried to open it by right clicking on the CD-ROM drive and selecting explore?
