Computer problem
« on: April 19, 2011, 08:15:07 AM »
PLEASE HELP BEFORE I TEAR MY HAIR OUT!!! I have a Toshiba satellite laptop running Windows 7, I have a paid version of Kaspersky security. I use Microsoft Outlook. My problem is that each time I try to open a link or right click to open a photo in emails I get a message saying "due to restrictions on this computer this cannot be opened please refer to administrator" (who I presume is me). I also get this message with some email attachments. I have had this problem now for about 3 months, before that everything was fine. I have tried so many things when I go into administrator I don't get any options to do anything. I would be so graateful if someone could come up with a solution. I am fed up with cut 7 paste for some links other links don't have an address to do this.
