pop up reading "2"

Theres this pop up that shows up everytime i load a new page ex: clicking on a link or going to any specific URL
It shows up and only reads "2" with an ok button. When i click ok it goes away but comes right back up once another page is loaded.
Anyone know what type of error this is and how to fix it? screen shot of it is shown
Help would be appreciated.

Disable all your addons then see if it cures it.
If so then enable your addons one by one testing each time until you find the addon that is causing the problem - assuming it is an addon problem of course.
