wireless adapter?

hello helpers,
I have a question my vaio notebook keeps kicking me off the Internet. when I troubleshoot it it resets my network adapter. that might last 5 to 10 minutes, sometimes longer. is something wrong with my computer? my husband is on the internet at the same time on his computer and has no problem.

Just as a test, can you move the laptop closer to the wireless source and see if that makes a difference?
