ATC-2000WF - what's your opinion?

Hello. I want to buy ATC-2000WF, but first I want to gather some opinions on this product. Is it worthy of my interest or not? And if not - what else should I search? Thanks a lot for helping me. ;)

Why do you need RS-232?  I'm thinking you need to provide a lot more information.
