My sister has Outlook 98
She has two separate email accounts.
When she tries to create a new message, there is no from line with a pulldown allowing her to choose which email address to use as the reply to.
We can't find out how to make it appear and have tried everything. Every other version of Outlook and Outlook Express seem to have this feature and there is no problem. So of course, the one she has doesn't have it.
Any help would be most appreciated.
